LEGAL NOTICE

INTERNET PUBLIC AUCTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned shall expose for sale, via an Internet Public Auction commencing on November 5, 2015 at 9:00 A.M. on GovDeals.com, the below described items.

1. 2009 Ford, Crown Victoria, VIN# 2FAHP71VX9X144693

Payment in full is due not later than 5 business days from the time and date of the Buyer’s Certificate. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash (U.S. currency), Certified Check, or Money Order. Checks shall be made payable to: Township of Harding. Buyer is liable for the 5% sales tax of bid amount. Payment must be sent to: Lisa Sharp c/o Township of Harding, P.O. Box 666, 21 Blue Mill Road, New Vernon, NJ 07976, 973-267-8000, ext. 1968. The successful bidders must remove items within 10 business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer’s Certificate. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment as specified. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them from the place where the property is located as indicated on the website and in the Buyer’s Certificate. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will the Township of Harding assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 2:30 P.M., Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

The public may view the listed items at the Harding Township Department of Public Works, 8 Millbrook Road, New Vernon, NJ during regular business hours of 8:00 A.M. and 2:30 P.M. during the 11 day auction period, excluding Holidays. The Township of Harding reserves the right to withdraw any listed items from the sale or to set minimum bid prices.
