ENGINEERING SERVICES
Harding Township engineering services are provided by Paul Fox of Apgar Associates.
The Township Engineer is responsible for permits and inspections for land use and construction work in the Township that may involve grading or soils work. The Engineer reviews range from an individual resident's grading concerns to the review of large-scale residential and commercial projects. The site inspection staff reviews all development and Township construction.
