The application for a marriage license is on the township website under the Township Registrar subtab. Contact the Township Clerk/Registrar for any questions.

When applying for a Marriage or Civil Union License, two (2) forms of identification are required; such as:  driver's license (photo), passport, state or federal identification or a driver's license (photo) with proof of residency--a utility bill or bank statement within the last 90 days.

The proper applications can be dowloaded from our website or you can stop by Town Hall for the forms in person. If you contact us we will assist you with what forms and applications are required based on the project you would like to complete.

You must complete the proper form for dog licensing located on the Township website under the Health Dept. You must provide proof of rabies vaccination through the end of October 31st of the current icense year. After completed application mail back to the Harding Township Health Department with the associated fees.
