FINANCE/TAX ASSISTANT – PART TIME - HARDING TOWNSHIP.

Seeking qualified candidates with preferred experience in accounts payable and receivables, encumbrance accounting, budgetary/accounting software packages, and bookkeeping. The candidate will be assigned a variety of responsibilities including, but not limited to accounts payable and receivable, escrow administration, bank reconciliations, tax collection, and assistance to Tax Assessor. Desirable to have a two-year college degree, preferably in business management or accounting or equivalent experience in bookkeeping/accounting with proficiency in Excel.  Thorough knowledge of all Microsoft programs required. PUBLIC WORKS LABORER – HARDING TOWNSHIP, Morris County.

Harding Township is accepting applications for a full-time position at the Department of Public Works (DPW). Applicants must a minimum 18 years old and hold a valid NJ Driver’s License. Experience with heavy equipment, dump trucks and road work preferred. Candidates will be required to work after hours during emergencies. Salary depends on qualifications. Selected candidates should be available for interviews starting the week of April 3, 2023.
